By joining the Lottery Results Network you’ll gain access to the finest source of lottery results information and services, from over 500 lottery games and more than 60 lottery providers.
In addition to providing results via email and SMS we also provide relevant and useful tools and the latest in lottery news and events.
1.1 Jumbo Interactive Pty Ltd ("Jumbo") owns and operates the Lottery Results Network ("LRN") which includes the following websites, from one of which you would have been directed to these Terms & Conditions and to which these Terms & Conditions relates:
Jumbo operates these websites as a network of internet portals specializing in the collection and publishing of lottery results from around the world. In addition to this Jumbo also provides a range of lottery information, tools and services for free and as paid services to members of the public.
1.2. These terms and conditions govern your Registration with, use of and Membership of LRN, the Account with LRN which we will open in your name if we accept your Application for Registration, and all aspects of your transactions with us.
1.3. Application to join LRN as a member is only available from the Registration pages, members are not able to join LRN via any other method. LRN hosts a registration page on each of its websites for members to apply for membership:
1.4. It is a requirement of submitting an application for LRN membership that you read carefully, and agree to, these Terms and Conditions.
1.5. By Submitting an application for membership you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accept, and that you will be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions if we accept your Registration. Registration occurs when we accept your Application for Registration.
1.6. Your application for membership will be determined to be accepted upon you confirming your email address via our email verification process. Upon applying to join LRN an email will be sent to your email address, as noted on the application form. Upon clicking the verification link within the email and being directed to a webpage on LRN a website welcoming you as a member of LRN your membership application will be deemed to have been accepted.
1.7. We strongly advise that you seek expert legal advice in the jurisdiction in which you are located should you require assistance with, or explanation of, any of these terms and conditions.
1.8. When you apply to join LRN, you are making an offer to us to enter into an agreement with you on these Terms and Conditions.
1.9. If and when we accept your application, we are accepting the offer you have made to us in Victoria, Australia. You are deemed to receive notification of that acceptance in Victoria and an agreement between you and us is formed in Victoria based on these Terms and Conditions and governed by the laws, and subject to the jurisdiction, of the courts of Victoria.
2.1. When you make an Application for Registration you provide us with certain information. It is your ongoing responsibility to inform us of any changes in the information you have given us.
2.2. By making an Application for Registration, you authorise us to make such enquiries as we consider necessary in our sole and absolute discretion to verify the personal information provided by you. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details about the use of your personal information.
2.3. Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of a chance, damage (including but not limited to damage for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like), expense, claim (including but not limited to any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the LRN sites and the LRN computer system and/or failures in the communications links provided by telecommunications carriers or service providers or between financial institutions and the LRN computer system, materials or information downloaded through the LRN websites), action or liability of any nature ("loss") arising out of your Registration with and Membership of LRN, your Account, the purchase or attempted purchase by you of a service, the use by you or any inability to use the LRN websites. LRN gives no warranty whatsoever that the LRN websites will be available for use by Members permanently or for any minimum period of time.
2.4. Any non-enforcement by us of any of our rights under this agreement and these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by us of any of our rights under this agreement and these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver on any subsequent occasion.
2.5. While considerable care has been taken in compiling and updating content on the LRN websites, Jumbo does not guarantee the accuracy of such content. To the extent permitted by law Jumbo excludes all warranties in relation to the content and is not liable for any damage, loss, cost or expense incurred by any person using the LRN websites.
2.6. From time to time, the LRN websites may contain links to other sites not operated by Jumbo. Jumbo does not control those sites and cannot be held responsible for their content. Such links do not indicate endorsement or support of any goods, services or content on those sites and Jumbo will not be liable to any person for any goods, services or content which may be purchased or accessed through links from the LRN websites except where supplied by Jumbo.
2.7. Jumbo cannot and does not guarantee that files available for downloading from the LRN websites will be free of viruses, or other codes that may corrupt or destruct properties. Members are solely responsible for implementing virus checking and other procedures to prevent any such corruption or destruction. Files are downloaded and used by Members at their own risk.
2.8. You agree to indemnify Jumbo, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising out of your use of the LRN websites and any content on the LRN websites or from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct by yourself or any other person accessing the LRN websites).
2.9. In the event of discrepancy between the publication of lottery results on LRN website and the official lottery operator's Lotteries Results as published for a particular lottery draw, the latter shall prevail.
2.10. Jumbo does not own and/or operate the lotteries in which it publishes results in and wishes to make it clear that it is independent from and does not represent or convey the views of those lottery operators. Should you have a question, query or complain in regards to a lottery or lottery operator you are advised to contact them directly.
These Terms and Conditions and our agreement with you may be varied at any time in the following manner:
3.1. We will give you a Notice setting out the variation and the date on which it will take effect;
3.2. The Notice will be posted by us on the LRN websites and in addition will be communicated to you by email.
3.3. You will be deemed to have received the Notice at the time that it is posted on the LRN websites or upon its transmission to you by email (whichever happens first).
3.4. We further reserve the right, at any time and without Notice, to amend the FAQ's and other procedures and explanatory information displayed on, contained in, or accessible from the LRN websites.
4.1. When you make Application for Registration, you will be required to nominate an Account password.
4.2. You must enter your correct email address and password in order to access your LRN account.
4.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that no other person accesses the LRN websites using your registration details. You must not disclose your password to anyone. You will be responsible for any use of your Account by any other person and we expressly disclaim liability in this regard.
5.1. You will only be able to use Member Only features of the LRN websites if you have made and we have accepted your Application for Registration.
5.2. Upon our acceptance of your Application for Registration, we will open an Account in your name
5.3. You can make Application for Registration as a Member:
5.3.1. if you are an individual person (Accounts will only be opened in the names of individuals);
5.3.2. if you are not a currently excluded or blocked Member for any reason; and
5.3.3. where such Registration and the opening of an Account with us does not contravene any law applicable in your location or place of residence, domicile or nationality.
5.4. We do not independently verify whether you are legally entitled to make Application for Registration as a Member. When we accept your Application for Registration and open your, we rely upon your warranty that you are legally entitled in your jurisdiction to Register with us, and use services from us.
6.1. We may suspend or close your Account at any time without notice and without giving you any reason.
7.1. You submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
7.2. You agree not to seek to stay or terminate any proceedings brought in Victoria on the grounds that the forum is not convenient or is less appropriate than some other forum.
7.3. You agree not to challenge any application made by us to stay any proceedings brought in any other jurisdiction.
8.1. Jumbo is mindful of your privacy concerns and is committed to maintaining the highest possible standards of privacy when handling your personal information.
8.2. The Lottery Results Network Policy describes how Jumbo handles your personal information. The Lottery Results Network Privacy Policy can be found at the following locations:
8.3. It is agreed and acknowledged by the parties that the terms of the Lottery Results Network Privacy Policy form part of these Terms and Conditions.
9.1. If an applicant does not provide all the information requested in the Application for Registration, except for those fields marked "optional", Jumbo cannot process the application.
9.2. No results file, graphic or other content on the LRN websites may be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of Jumbo and you agree that you will not in any manner interfere with, decompile, modify or create derivative works from any such content or downloads.
9.3. We will be entitled at any time and without notice to assign any or all of our rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions and our agreement. Since Registration is personal to the Member, you may not transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and our agreement.
